With the implementation of the "Made in China 2025" strategy and the introduction of relevant supporting policies,China's manufacturing industry is at the critical stage where changing from the low-end value chain to the high-end manufacturing,from the big manufacturing country to the powerful manufacturing country.Facing the global challenges of climate warming,environmental degradation and depletion of oil resources,the new energy vehicles with the feature of energysaving and green development become key areas our country promotes.Electric vehicles will become the futur-e development of the automotive industry mainstream.In this paper,Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)is used as the research object,and the model,operating principle and control strategy of switched reluctance motor are analyzed and studied deeply.Firstly,Based on the structure and working principle of the switched reluctance motor,the mathematical equations of the switched reluctance motor are deduced based on the mathematical equations.The corresponding linear model,the quasilinear model and the nonlinear model are established respectively,and the control strategy of the switc-hed reluctance motor and application range are analyzed.Secondly,because the electric vehicle switching reluctance motor with lowspeed operation will produce large torque ripple,the strategy of direct torque control to suppress torque ripple will be used.The torque control loop of the direct instantaneous torque control strategy is designed,and the simulation is carried out according to the corresponding mathematical model and control principle.The direct instantaneous torque control is compared with the current chopping control,verifing that the direct instantaneous torque can suppresse the torque rippleeffectively.Then,according to the actual demand of the switched reluctance motor in the electric vehicle,the dual-winding driver topology is designed for the switched reluctance motor with the intermediate tap,and the different working models under the elect-ric running state are analyzed in detail.By driving the winding and switching control,the drive control of the switched reluctance motor at high speed is realized,and the simulation is verified according to the principle of the control strategy.Finally,the Infineon'sTC1782 is used as the master chip,seting up a 1kW switched reluctance motor experimental platform.According to the requirements of the experimental platform,the hardware system and the software system are designed,and the corresponding program is written to verify the control strategy.
