It is an important link of improving the level of hydraulic technology by optimizing performance of the hydraulic control valve.The steady flow force is a crucial reference when designing,optimizing and analyzing the hydraulic valve,a complete design process includes calculation,revealing characteristics and optimal compensation of steady flow force,the corresponding conclusions of each process would provide theoretical basis for optimal design of the hydraulic control valve.Mathematical model was established based on the spool valve in the hydraulic valve from the point of view of pressure analysis and momentum theorem,and the paper combined mathematical model with data of flow field of numerical calculation.Steady flow force which is figured out by different calculation methods is not only the prerequisite to reveal characteristics of flow force,but also one of the basis to test whether the calculation is right or not.The paper simplified assumption of flow process,established an ideal two-dimension calculation model,calculated and compared characteristics of flow force of the meter-in valve chamber and the meter-out valve chamber,then revealed characteristics of flow force from the perspectives of momentum and entropy production.Considering flow form may not conform to theoretical flow force characteristics,the paper summarized the influence mechanism.Three-dimension calculation model was established based on ideal two-dimension calculation model,and the paper performed the grid independence test,compared flow force calculation with two-dimension model,and then verified correctness of the simulation calculation.The compensation for flow force of spool valves was studied based on momentum theorem and flow entropy production theory,the structure parameter which can be optimized were confirmed,a platform which can automatically optimize compensation parameter of flow force was built,which integrated establishing calculation model,grid partition and flow field calculation,and the platform completed automatic optimization compensation of flow force by automatically modifying the physical characteristic parameter that can be optimized.The paper studied the optimization algorithm and algorithm parameter during optimization process,figured out the best algorithm and parameter.The paper built test rig of flow force,designed the test valve according to calculation model,simulated physical boundary condition,and then verified characteristics of flow force,the influence of structure parameter to characteristics of flow force and the advantages of compensatory optimization valve structure.The paper calculated flow force based on pressure analysis and momentum theorem combined the data of flow field numerical calculation,summarized characteristics of flow force based on momentum theorem and entropy production theory,built a platform which can automatically optimize compensation parameter of flow force,figured out the best algorithm and parameter in order to complete automatic optimization compensation of flow force,established a test rig of flow force,and verified correctness of the relevant conclusion for characteristics of flow force by numerical calculation and analysis.
