Study The Influence Of Asphalt Mixing Equipment Oil To Gas On Asphalt Mixture

With the high speed development of infrastructure construction in our country,a growing dependence on asphalt mixing equipment,but mixing equipment damage to the environment is increasingly prominent.Its environmental pollution is mainly manifested in dust pollution、smoke pollution、 noise pollution,and so on.In this paper,taking environmental protection as a starting point,combining with the current environmental situation,studying the influence of asphalt mixing equipment of “oil to gas” on environment and asphalt mixture performance to provide the basis for the environmental management.This research is based on the asphalt mixing equipment which is used in the ten-day high speed three section asphalt pavement engineering,planning the asphalt mixing equipment of oil to gas construction program,and carrying out thermodynamic calculation of fuel oil and gas in theory.In order to confirm the feasibility of“oil to gas”,the influence of burning natural gas on the rutting performance、Marshall stability、freeze-thaw splitting of asphalt mixture was analyzed theoretically,and the corresponding experiment was carried out in the field.The thermodynamic calculation results show that the thermal efficiency is improved and the carbon dioxide emission is reduced by 27% when the natural gas is used as the fuel of the asphalt mixing equipment.In keeping the same working condition of gas and oil,through theoretical analysis and field test,we draw the following conclusions on asphalt mixture:the Marshall stability,freeze-thaw splitting tensile strength of asphalt mixture on gas condition are higher than that on oil condition,the theoretical analysis results are consistent with the test results,experimental results show that the oil to gas did not affect the adhesion of asphalt and aggregate.But there are differences between the results of rutting test and theoretical analysis.
