Study On Land Use And Layout Strategy Of Qinling Valley Tourism

With the rapid development of tourism industry,tourism consumption plays an important role in social and economic development.Township tourism plays an important component in the tourism industry.Under the premise of the new urbanization,the Qinling Valley town relies on its own rich tourism resources,vigorously develop the tourism industry.At present,the research on the Qinling valley town is very rich,and the research on the layout of the tourist land of the Qinling Valley tourism is less.Qinling Valley tourism town tourism land layout lack of systematic and comprehensive strategy to guide the development of research,township blind expansion of tourist land or disorderly development and utilization of tourism resources will be a lot of problems,Such as waste of tourism resources,low land intensity,tourism and township characteristics of the industry is not clear,township tourism land tension,the natural environment caused by damage,etc.,which are not conducive to healthy and orderly sustainable development.Through the field investigation and data collection of more than 30 valley towns in the Qinling Mountains,10 typical Qinling valley tourism towns were selected as the key research objects,to take the survey method,induction method,literature investigation and research methods and other methods to collect information on the development of township tourism land,through the analysis of the township form of Qinling Valley tourism town,as well as the existing tourism resources and development status,tourism service facilities and other issues,It is found that the use of tourism resources in the Qinling Valley tourism town is unreasonable,the layout of the tourist land is scattered and chaos,the land intensive degree is low and the utilization efficiency is low.In view of the common problems existing in the combination of the theory of land use and the theory of township tourism development,combined with the "town planning standards" and other norms,analysis of the Qinling River Valley tourism land indicators related content.On this basis,the paper analyzes the development and utilization of tourism resources of different types of tourism towns,the demand of tourism service facilities and the integration relationship between township tourism and township industry.The study shows that,for the Qinling Valley tourism town,the existing relevant norms is difficult to fully adapt to the layout of the development of urban tourism land needs,the need for guidance of tourist land indicators and tourism land distribution strategy.On the basis of theoretical research,combined with research data,proposed to adapt to the Qinling River Valley tourism town land use pattern,explore the tourism township land layout development strategy.Finally,taking the planning of Xinyang Town in Tianshui City of Gansu Province as an example,the feasibility of the layout strategy of Qinling Valley tourism is demonstrated.
