The Reserch On Spatial Pattern Of Resettlement Housing In River Valley Town In Qinling

The report of the 19 th CPC national congress put forward the priority of developing agricultural countryside and implementing the strategy of rural revitalization.In accordance with the general requirements of industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance and well-off life,we should establish and improve the mechanism and policy system for the integration of urban and rural development and accelerate the modernization of agricultural countryside.The relocation and resettlement projects of villages and towns in Qinling valley have been carried out one after another.Due to the diversity of relocation and resettlement modes and the difference of development needs of villages and towns,there are many contradictions in the space use of resettlement houses.In order to solve the problem of how to make the new settlements more reasonable after the transformation and upgrading,not only retain the traditional way of life and production,but also better connect the development of towns and villages,so that the settled residents can adapt to the new environment faster and better,it has become a specific and realistic problem faced by the villages and towns in the Qinling River Valley.Choosing the villages and towns of Qinling valley type as the research scope,this paper conducts an all-round investigation and Research on Henan Province,Hubei Province,Shaanxi Province in the eastern part of Qinling area,Shaanxi Province in the middle part and Gansu Province in the western part.It mainly aims at the functional space,spatial organization,architectural index and architectural characteristics of the resettlement houses in villages and towns,collects data and data,and combines field investigation method with comprehensive analysis method.In this paper,we summarize the current problems in the use of residential space for resettlement in villages and towns in Qinling valley,such as the incompatibility of outdoor functional space,the single adaptability of indoor function,the unreasonable matching of living and production mode with spatial organization form,the limited possibility of space reorganization,and the unreasonable size of indoor space.Through the study of housing space theory and the interpretation of standards and norms,this paper analyses the data indicators of per capita construction land,net density and volume ratio,and space size,and explores the spatial evolution process and influencing factors ofresettlement houses in villages and towns of Qinling River Valley type from four aspects:living space,living behavior,construction technology and construction mode.The spatial composition of resettlement houses is analyzed,and the spatial characteristics of resettlement houses in villages and towns of Qinling valley type are summarized by using the spatial index evaluation method.The research shows that the standard does not have universal applicability for area standard and space scale,and lacks systematic design method for resettlement housing space.Finally,the design strategy of resettlement housing model for villages and towns in Qinling Valley is put forward: according to the theoretical norms and policy provisions,the spatial design method of resettlement housing is proposed from four aspects: area standard,functional space,space combination and vertical space.According to the specific needs of villages and towns,five types of space modes and their examples are designed,including low-rise courtyard-type commercial residence,low-rise house-store-type commercial residence,multi-storey unit-type commercial residence,low-rise courtyard-type residence and multi-storey unit-type residence,and their suitable resettlement scope and population are explained,which can provide reference for the design of resettlement houses in villages and towns.
