In recent years,along with the continuous increase in highway mileage and the rapid development of the automobile industry,traffic safety problems have become increasingly prominent.Corner is a special component of the road,there are always a lot of traffic accidents because of its complexterrain.Make analysis of the cause of the accident on the corner,the high speed is main reason,it is easy to deviate from the track,but car the braking force,due to the unreasonable distribution of the braking torque,the adhesion between the tire and ground is not enough to provide the vehicle corridor driving centrifugal force,will cause the car out of control or slip,or even lose stability,causing serious traffic accident.Semi-trailer because of its length,complex structure and other factors,making the process of driving more complex and volatile,there are very large limitations and risks when conducting a real test in the turning condition,so the use of virtual simulation technology to semi-trailer train research has become a necessary means.In this paper,Trucksim and Simulink are used to study the braking force control strategy under the condition.In the study of the performance of the target vehicle,the article analyzes the turning braking condition of the semi-trailer train,and studies the influence of the parameters of the train on the turning braking performance.providing a reference for establishing a more stable steering characteristics of the vehicle.In this paper,determining the deviation of the yaw rate represents the stability of semi-trailer car turning,combined with fuzzy PID control when adjusting the brake wheel pressure,at the same time in order to avoid the system is too sensitive to control the system by adding a logic threshold,the braking strategy is implemented when the yaw rate difference reaches the threshold.Finally,build vehicle model based on Trucksim and Simulink,conduct experiment of the ordinary semi-trailer train and has a turning brake strategy of semi-trailer train on the high adhesion coefficient road and low adhesion coefficient road.At last,the feasibility of the strategy is analyzed by comparing the evaluation indexes.The simulation results show that the ordinary semi-trailer trains are prone to rollover when passing through the corners,while the vehicles with turning brakes avoid the occurrence of dangerous state,safely traveling through the corners,the turn effect is ideal.The cornering braking strategy improves the stability of the vehicle during cornering.
