Because of the characteristics of metamorphic soft rock fillers,it is easy to result in wetting deformation under the action of water,which directly affects the using performance of the embankment.Therefore,it is important to emphasize the study of the wetting deformation of the embankment.In this paper,taking White mica felsic metacryst mylonite as materials for the large-scale triaxial test,combining with the numerical simulation method of particle flow,which size and rules of the wetting deformation are studied.First,according to the results of the indoor large-scale triaxial test,the wet strain wa(35)? of the packing under different deviation stress(7)(8)1 3?-? is obtained,the laws of change are approximately "hyperbola".Through the analysis of the regularity of the wetting deformation under the influence factors of stress level,the trend of the change between the wet strain and the stress level is approximately "exponential",and the influence of confining pressure on its change law is not obvious.In this paper,the empirical formula of the wetting deformation of the packing is put forward.Some experimental data are used to determine the formula parameters and to predict the wet deformation under the new confining pressure.Secondly,the fracturing regularity of the particles was analyzed,the effect of the wetting deformation on the rule of the particle breaking was obtained.There is a quantitative relationship between the particle fragmentation rate and the surrounding pressure.According to the indoor experiment,the particle flow method was used for simulation analysis.The stress-strain data obtained by simulation are compared with the experimental data to verify the reliability of the method and the model.Furthermore,the microscopic changes of the specimen(contact forces of particles and displacements of particles)are analyzed,and there is a certain relationship between the average contact force between the particles and the axial deviation stress.Finally,according to the established model of particle flow,the effects of confining pressure,fine particle content and density on the wetting deformation of embankment were analyzed.The influence degree of three factors on the size and development of wetting deformation is obtained.And according to part of the simulation data,the calculation formula between wetting strain and stress level was obtained.Compared with the empirical formula obtained from the experimental results,the scope of application of the prediction formula is further expanded.
