The development of pure electric vehicle industry has become an effective way to solve energy and environmental problems.Electric vehicle as a system engineering involves many disciplines,from the initial spatial structure arrangement,power element selection and parameters selection,to the transmission ratio.All these factors have very important influences on vehicle performances.In order to meet the requirements of design indicators,meeting the power at the same time taking into account the economic requirements has become the focus of many enterprises and researchers'.Based on this idea,this paper uses the parameter matching and optimization method to modify and design the original car model according to the design goal.In the simulation environment,the simulation model of vehicle and power components are established to verify the rationality of matching scheme and find the best matching scheme.In this paper main contents including:1)Research the background and significance of the development of electric vehicle and automobile industry at home and abroad.Then study the commonly used structure of car and the dynamic demand and evaluation index of electric vehicle.According to the electric vehicle driving conditions and the national standard requirements to make performance designed.Based on the analysis of merits and demerits of comparisons and working characteristics to make choose of comparisons and parameters matching.2)Research the functions and working principle of simulation software ADVISOR.Combined with ADVISOR internal modules to build vehicle model?drive motor model?wheel model and transmission model.In the simulation environment of advisor,the preliminary matching of the results is simulated.Including dynamic,economical simulation to verify whether the operating characteristics of the power components meeting the design requirements under circulation conditions.3)The orthogonal design method is used.To develop the overall evaluation system according to the performance index of the vehicle design.Using key factors of car performance and the level of division,through the rational design of orthogonal experimental program to find the primary and secondary influencing factors and determine the final match program.
