As the only power source of pure electric vehicle,its working characteristics play a decisive role in the performance of electric vehicle.Due to the lack of energy density of lithium battery widely used in pure electric vehicles,fuel cell is still in the stage of research and development.Therefore,the research on parameter matching and optimization simulation of pure electric vehicle power system has more significant scientific significance for improving the power performance and economic performance of the whole vehicle.First of all,determine the type selection and parameter design of power components.Analyze the performance characteristics and market demand of pure electric vehicle,determine the driving form of the specific research vehicle in this paper,determine the basic parameters,power performance and economic performance indexes,layout form of power components,etc.of the whole vehicle according to the design concept and corresponding regulatory requirements,use the automobile theory to calculate the relevant parameters of each power component,and then drive motor and power battery Group and reducer shall be selected and corresponding parameters shall be determined.Prepare for the subsequent construction of the whole vehicle simulation model.Secondly,build the whole vehicle simulation model.Using AVL cruise software to build pure electric vehicle simulation model,set up single calculation task of power and economy and run it,check the simulation data results and analyze the difference with the set performance indicators,so as to lay a foundation for parameter matching and Optimization Research of power system.Thirdly,determine the scientific method to optimize the power and economy of the vehicle.Analyze the design method of the multi-factor level by orthogonal test method,establish a mathematical model based on multi-objective optimization function,perform component Variation vehicle simulation and analyze the maximum vehicle speed,reduction ratio and the number of battery cells on the vehicle The impact of performance(power,economy),calculate the optimal value of the multi-objective optimization function,optimize the economic performance of the vehicle through the matching and optimization of the power system parameters,and significantly increase the driving range.Finally,the trial production and test of the sample vehicle are carried out,mainly including the maximum speed test,acceleration performance test and driving range test under comprehensive working conditions.This paper analyzes the difference between the test data and the power and economic simulation data of the orthogonal test,verifies the accuracy and reliability of the pure electric vehicle power system parameter matching and Optimization Research on improving the economic performance of the whole vehicle,and provides a scientific and effective scheme for the power system matching and optimization of the home pure electric vehicle with rear drive,so as to improve the economic performance of the pure electric vehicle.
