After the bridge is built up,with the passage of time and climate changes in the environment,the capability of the bridge degrad more quickly,the need for the bridge continuous quality monitoring,so as to ensure the bridge more economically to play its value in the road transport industry.After the completion of the bridge,in order to be able to timely and effectively detect,reasonably assess technical condition of bridge,predict the technical status of the bridge in advance,with the purpose of saving the cost of the consolidation and maintaining of the bridge,exporting required data,making reasonable maintenance plan,and effectively controlling the bridge,In this paper,a set of scientific and standardized bridge evaluation system is studied and developed.The system improves the problems of most bridge evaluation system,such as the small algorithm,system data export operations complex,bridge inspection data entry cumbersome and so on.Firstly,the paper compares three methods of bridge evaluation and selects the most suitable method for the evaluation of the data,according to the actual situation of the selected method to do a certain additional improvement;secondly,the study and use of actual data to compare the gray system and regression analysis of the prediction model,the most accurate prediction model of the bridge is found.Finally,the functional requirements of the system are analyzed based on the bridge parameter database,the function of the system includes basic information management of the bridge,the bridge parts management,bridge management,bridge of regular inspection,user management,permissions management group,derived the bridge evaluation results,disease information,print bridge card,and assessment of bridge and forecast function.After a comprehensive comparison,the system uses a lightweight tomcat7 server to reduce the load of the hardware,and select Myeclipse as a programming tool,use the B/S development framework based on Web technology and SSH framework to complete the system,and use the FineReport report designer and database view to develop the report function of the system.In the experimental environment,we designed several test cases,the function of the system was tested by white box and black box,and the performance of the system is tested.The results show that the system in bridge management,bridge evaluation functions,simple operation,stable communication with the server,assessment of the completion of the bridge,the print of the evaluation results,being able to accurately predict the future trend of technical conditions,the response time of the system to meet the needs of users,and with a high reference and use value.
