| In recent years,with the people’s attention to the concept of environmental protection,water jet technology is widely used in all walks of life.Low-pressure water jet can carry out ordinary cleaning operations,high-pressure water jet can be a variety of materials for cutting,water jet technology with environmentally friendly and efficient features.In view of the shortcomings of the old road marking method,this paper has carried on the detailed research to the old mark line technology of the high pressure water jet clear road surface,and has great research value to improve the high pressure water jet removal effect.In this paper,the removal mechanism of high pressure water jet is discussed.The pressurization system of high pressure water jet cleaning marking is designed and analyzed by AMESim software.The main components of the pressure system are designed for structural and mechanical analysis.The main parameters influencing the cleaning effect of high pressure water jet are analyzed by FLUENT software.In this paper,the design of pressurized system of high pressure water jet cleaning old marking is carried out.By studying the supercharging system,the high pressure water jet produced by the supercharging system has little fluctuation,which can increase the effect of water jet.The structure of the supercharger was studied by using PRO / E and ANSYS software.The dangerous parts of the supercharger were analyzed under the maximum load condition,and the results were verified and verified.Design reliability.This paper studies several main parameters that affect the cleaning effect of high pressure water jet.When the water jet pressure is 110 MPa and the water jet target is about25 mm,the water jet has the best effect on the marking.The water jet strikes the road Of the angle of more than 60 degrees,the water jet hit the road to maintain a high pressure,the angle is less than 60 degrees after the water jet pressure loss is more serious,or even can not meet the job requirements. |
