In recent years,China's GDP has achieved sustained and rapid development.The mileage of highways and the number of cars have exploded,leading to more and more urban traffic conditions.There is an urgent need to strengthen urban road construction and the demand for spraying various types of traffic signs very large.In addition,a large number of existing road markings have serious wear and tear problems,and urgently need to be updated and repaired.The demand for road marking is also very large.Therefore,the current road marking work is very heavy.At present,the domestic marking work mainly uses hand-held marking equipment and vehicle-mounted marking equipment.These two marking methods have low efficiency,low accuracy,and large workload,which can no longer meet the road marking requirements.Therefore,researching an accurate,stable,fast,and intelligent marking equipment to improve the efficiency and quality of road marking and realize the automation and intelligence of road marking is an urgent need in the field of road marking.In view of the problems existing in domestic road marking and the current status of road marking equipment,this subject researched and designed a set of intelligent road marking system that can automatically spray various marking graphics and characters on demand,in order to realize the intelligence of road marking Lay the foundation for automation and automation.First of all,the functional requirements and principles of the intelligent road marking system were analyzed,and the overall scheme was designed using the idea of ?modularization.On this basis,the system mainly includes ARM control decision,graphics library support,marking equipment movement the six component modules of control,spraying control,road information sensing analysis and human-machine interface interaction were respectively designed and analyzed.Secondly,researching and designing the intelligent road marking control system,which including the main control system,motion control system and spraying control system.The main control system is been designed with the ARM control system that as the core,specifically using the STM32 series of processors,which is mainly responsible for the operation control of the entire marking system;the motion control system uses the road information sensor analysis module to obtain the positioning information of the equipment body,The driving speed and direction of the machine body can be controlled by driving a DC brushless motor;the spraying control system includes two parts: paint supply and nozzle control,and cooperates with other control systems to achieve the spraying of the required graphics or characters.The graphic library of the intelligent road marking system is the soul of the entire marking system,and the realization of the system spraying function is supported by the data that it provided.The graphic library support module design mainly includes the graphic library design of various graphic marking lines and the character library design of character marking lines.The graphic library adopts the external Flash storage method,and classifies the design of the graphic library according to the characteristics of the road marking.When the graphics library is established,bitmap data is used to record the dot matrix data of the road markings,and the font data is used to represent the slogans that need to be sprayed.After the graphic library is established,according to the spraying information transmitted by the human-machine interface,the data in the graphic library is transferred to the buffer area of the controller.The spraying control system converts the data in the buffer area into the switching signal of the nozzle solenoid valve.The pulse signal sent by the encoder is linked to ensure the stable operation of the spraying work.In addition,the spraying of line marking can be achieved without calling the graphics library,and the spraying can be controlled directly according to the user input data.The human-machine interface interaction module of the intelligent road marking system is the bridge between the user and the device.In this project,the configuration touch screen is used as the human-machine interface carrier.The RS485 interface is used to connect the touch screen and the controller.The communication complies with the Modbus protocol.The touch screen contains three levels of menus,covering all system functions.The user operates through the man-machine interface,selects the marking or characters to be sprayed,the controller receives the data and spray request transmitted by the man-machine interface,calls the dot data of the corresponding address,and converts it into the control information of the nozzle array solenoid valve,This completes the spraying of the selected graphic.On the basis of the previous design,a prototype of the intelligent road marking system was built,and preliminary system performance tests and spraying experiment effect tests were carried out;the experimental effect is relatively good,the system runs stable,and the spraying function of the marking system can be achieved.However,there are still problems such as burrs around the sprayed marking line and uneven coating on the marking surface.It is necessary to select a nozzle with higher accuracy and a hardware structure with better performance to complete it and to ensure a good spraying effect.
