Reliable safety calculation is an important prerequisite for safe construction.With the rapid development of China's construction industry,construction safety issues gradually gain more attention.The "17th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" and the "18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" made repeated emphasis on insisting on safe development and curbing major security incidents.To improve the hoist foundation safety calculation level,this paper will study and develop the basic safety calculation system of hoist foundation,with the reliable computer aided technology,find out the best design of hoist foundation,provide a certain basis for the construction workers in the foundation calculation.The main research work are as follows:(1)Based on the research and analysis of the foundation designing of the hoist,the main installation conditions which affect the basic size type are determined,and the databases of the hoist foundation information are established.Studied on the secondary development of the ABAQUS finite element software using Python,completed the reinforced concrete structure modeling,assembly,adding materials,defining of load function automatically in ABAQUS;(2)According to the background and requirements of system development,designed the system development process,determined the basic modules and functions of the system.The system is designed under the.NET Framework 4.0 framework,with the communication based on TCP / IP protocol,established a Socket server and client with C # and Python respectively;(3)Through the analysis and research on the damage theory of concrete and steel,the material models of steel and concrete are determined,and the stress-strain relations of material are calculated by Matlab scientific calculation software.The finite element analysis of the reinforced concrete foundation of the SC200 / 200 TD hoist,the project of Xi'an Jinglong Engineering Machinery Co.,Ltd.,has been carried out by using the safety calculation system.designed and developed in this paper to analyzeThe system developed in this paper the needs of the enterprise,which can reduce the time of the basic design and analysis of the hoist and also is a reference for improving the digital level of construction safety calculation.
