With the continuous expansion of the scope of residents travel,more and more people rely on the road network to achieve their own purpose.The traffic demand of road network raising rapidly,the complex links in the road network,the node also received more and more attention.As an important node in the highway network,the bridge and tunnel section are the main links that affect the safety of the road network due to many subjective and objective factors.At present,there are many researches on the safety of single bridge and single tunnel at home and abroad.While,from the point of view of the system,the study of bridges,tunnels and its connections is relatively less.The safety of the bridge and tunnel is the result of the multi-factor coupling.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the traffic safety of road sections,reduce the traffic accident rate and create a safe traffic environment for the study of driver’s safety in bridge and tunnel.This study uses the idea of risk research,in accordance with the " Driving safety behavior risk identification →Driving state modeling analysis →Safety risk assessment in bridge and tunnel connection section" to study the driving safety.Firstly,based on the experimental data,the single factor analysis method is used to identify the factors that affect the safety of the driver in the connection,which are risk factors.Combined with the theory of safety entropy and the principle of dissipative structure,the positive and negative entropy factors are divided and valued.Secondly,according to the different road attributes,the safety operation process of driving in the bridge,the tunnel and its connection is analyzed separately,and the risk level of different position is obtained from the quantitative point of view.Then,aiming at the risk assessment model,the traffic safety assessment system of bridge and tunnel and its connecting section is constructed.Based on the structural equation evaluation method,the AMOS software is used to quantify the factors that affect the driver ’s driving safety,and verify the safety risk analysis of the driver’ s traffic in the bridge,tunnel and its connection.
