The airport pavement structure form of our country is relatively simple,which are mainly the cement concrete pavement structure(about 90% above),the application of asphalt concrete pavement is very limited.Asphalt concrete pavement has excellent surface performance,such as reduction noise,anti-skid,smooth,not easy to cause aircraft vibration.In addition,there are advantages of mechanized construction,short duration and easy maintenance.Based on the above reasons,asphalt concrete pavement structure has gradually become the main form of airport pavement reconstruction and new construction in our country.Due to the environment?geology?material parameters?pavement load and requirements are difference from road.Many countries have different evaluation indicators for a certain performance of asphalt materials,and according to the different test standard development different test equipment.In previous studies of asphalt mixture,research emphasis focuses on mixture gradation,macro-mechanical properties,asphalt or aggregate characteristics,rarely involved in mortar or mastic.According to modern asphalt mortar theory,asphalt mixture is a dispersed system with the multi-stage space mesh gel structure,and asphalt mortar performs the most important role.To fully understand the mechanical properties of asphalt mortar,it's need to regard asphalt mortar as a integrity,and research its road performance which is based on the theories of viscoelastic.Asphalt mastic as a relatively special kind of bituminous material,has gradually become a focus research in recent years.However,the research on mastic performance has not yet formed a perfect evaluation system,and the research conditions are relatively single.Therefore,through the performance research on asphalt mortar and mastic,which can provide a reference and guidance for further study of the asphalt mixture performance.In this paper,a series of viscous tests and rheological properties about asphalt mortar were tested by Brookfield Rotational Viscometer and Dynamic Shear Rheometer AR-1500 ex under different types of fillers?temperature(95??115??135??155??175??195?)and F/A(0.6?0.9?1.2?1.5?1.8).The results show that the types of asphalt and mineral powder has a significant effect on mortar viscosity,under the same conditions,the higher the temperature,the lower the viscosity;the higher the F/A,the greater the viscosity;The viscositytemperature sensitivity of matrix asphalt mortar is greater than that SBS modified asphalt mortar.For the mortar creep and relaxation characteristics,Maxwell model?Kelvin model and Burgers model can be used to fit and analyze them,and explain the laws of their respective changes.In the aspect of asphalt mastic,choose the Stress Strain Test Model?Unbound Material Resilient Modulus Test Model and Asphalt Permanent Deformation Test Model of UTM-100.Analysis the mastic's compressive strength,stress-strain curve,and the influence of different confining pressure,temperature and loading stress on the deformation and resilient modulus of asphalt mastic.The results show that the compressive strength of SJ-1 is higher than that of GSJ-2 and GSJ-3,GSJ-3 is the most flexible.The modified Burgers model can well illustrate the mastic's creep characteristics at different temperature and loading stress level.
