Thermal conductivity is one of the main parameters of the thermal characterization of physical properties of asphalt mixture,the asphalt pavement is geothermal regeneration heat conduction process directly affects the heat transfer rate of pavement,the thermal conductivity of asphalt mixture are selected reference value under a certain temperature at low temperature,and the test device and test of asphalt mixture in high temperature the rarely study.This paper designs the asphalt mixture thermal conductivity coefficient test device,and the asphalt mixture under different temperature and thermal conductivity were tested for changes to further understand the asphalt pavement temperature field in the heating process,has a certain practical significance and enhance the efficiency of heat recycling.This paper is based on the Project Study on heat transfer mechanism of infrared continuous heating process of Asphalt Pavement Based on spectral analysis(51408046)supported by NSFC,Project Study on heat transfer mechanism of series heating methods for asphalt pavement geothermal regeneration(310825152011)supported by the Fundamental Research Funds for the Central Universities and the Project Development and industrialization of high efficiency environmental protection and intelligent regeneration units for Asphalt Pavement(BA2013126)supported by the Jiangsu province enterprise innovation,based on the principle of single plate measurement by hot plate method,designed the thermal conductivity test device of asphalt mixture.Selection of PID control algorithm to achieve the heating board power synchronization acquisition.Lab VIEW programming software is used to complete the design of data acquisition,display,storage,phase control,steady state determination and parameter calculation in the control program.Finally,the test equipment is controlled,the response is debugged,the error is analyzed and corrected,and the thermal conductivity of the asphalt mixture specimen of AC-13 gradation type under different temperature is measured and analyzed.The debugging and testing results show that the program is stable and reliable,man-machine interface is simple and clear,can realize the automation of measurement process;after testing the stability of debugging device is good,the test precision can reach 5%,can meet the testing requirements;the measured AC-13 gradation of asphalt mixture at 55 to 155 DEG C temperature range test and thermal conductivity between 1.792 ? 1.844W/m·K.
