Due to the various pavement diseases that have occurred in the early construction of asphalt pavement,the geothermal regeneration technology has received extensive attention and application due to its advantages of energy conservation and environmental protection.The thermal conductivity of asphalt mixture has a direct impact on the temperature field distribution of the asphalt pavement and the heat transfer rate.At present,due to the various gradation of asphalt mixture and various composition components,there is a lack of more systematic research on asphalt mixture.In the heat transfer model,it is generally regarded as a constant,so that there is a certain error in the heat transfer equation of asphalt pavement.Therefore,if the detailed study of the asphalt mixture is carried out,the theoretical research on the on-site thermal regeneration of the road surface can be further deepened.This paper relies on the National Natural Science Foundation of China “Research on the Heat Transfer Mechanism of Infrared Continuous Heating Process of Asphalt Pavement Based on Spectral Analysis Method(51408046)”,the thermal conductivity tester for high temperature asphalt mixture,the influence factor of thermal conductivity of asphalt mixture and high temperature asphalt mixing.The material is comprehensively studied on the effect of solving the heat transfer model of asphalt pavement,and the following research results are formed.(1)Based on the theory of heat transfer,combined with the test principle of high-temperature asphalt mixture,the high-temperature thermal conductivity test thermal energy transfer model and the high-temperature thermal conductivity test temperature distribution model are established to test the thickness and heat protection of the high-temperature asphalt mixture thermal conductivity test.Board width selection provides a certain reference.(2)Using the form of test to study the influencing factors of thermal conductivity of asphalt mixture and the variation law of high temperature thermal conductivity,and according to the test results,the prediction accuracy of the thermal conductivity prediction model of asphalt mixture and the prediction temperature of asphalt mixture are applicable.Sexual research.(3)For the simplified condition analysis of the internal heat transfer equation of asphalt pavement,the heat transfer coefficient change rule of high temperature asphalt mixture is introduced into the internal heat transfer equation of asphalt pavement to solve the problem,and the test is compared by using the self-built asphalt pavement heat transfer test bench.Theintroduction of the change law of high-temperature thermal conductivity can improve the accuracy of the solution.
