| Temperature segregating enormously affects the pavement performance At present,there is no quantitative evaluation method of mixture temperature segregation and rapid detection equipment,In the construction site,the temperature segregation is often not accurately monitored and controlled.This study is aimed at the present situation,trying to provide solutions to the problem of temperature segregation of asphalt mixture in the construction stage.To deep analyze the reasons and distribution characteristics caused by temperature segregating of the hotmix asphalt mixture in construction,and then make an overall research on the quantitative evaluation to the temperature segregating,Asphalt mixing plant temperature monitoring algorithm,the mixture cooling rate in transit,temperature segregation rapid detection equipment.Theoretical analysis,simulation experiment and equipment custom are conducted to rapidly detect and control the hotmix asphalt mixture in construction.And some conclusions have been made.To establish the quantitative evaluation to the temperature segregation on the basis of the regional quantitative statistics to the temperature distribution of the hotmix asphalt mixture.Then,to estimate the degree of the mixture temperature segregating with the detection device.The infrared imaging equipment has integrated on the basis of the android mobile platform,and the rapid detection of temperature segregating has realized with the handheld temperature segregating rapid detection equipment.The law of cooling of the bituminous mixture has been checked out with the simulated a nalysis in construction and on the basis of which,the time reference of the hot mix asphalt has been raised.The remote monitoring platform to the asphalt mixture mixing process has been exploite d on the basis of the mixing parameters of the mixing station.Some related research achievements have been verified in the engineering practive,which offers reliable skill methods to the controlling of the asphalt mixture temperature segregation. |
