Construction And Maintenance Of Mechanical Thermal Process Calculation And Analysis Software Development

The rapid development of highway construction,road construction and maintenance machinery makes the application more and more extensive and frequent;at the same time,the number of materials used in road construction and maintenance of highway construction also increases sharply,but in many cases,they need to be heated to improve their road performance.Although there are many researches on building thermal equipment maintenance machinery,they are only in theory and on the basis of written discussion.Building maintenance machinery thermal equipment in the construction process is usually coordination used,the overall structure is complex,and heat transfer process is quite comprehensive,it contains more numerical heat transfer calculation.In view of the above problems,this paper conducted the research about the thermal process and heat transfer theory of different equipment and analyzed the influencing factors in the construction process of heat transfer equipment based on the classification of various types of thermal equipment including the construction and maintenance machinery.Combined with the analysis of effect of heat transfer theory and equipment of heat transfer,the effect of each factor is the parameter calculated.In according with the different models under different working conditions,a special analysis calculation software system for different thermal conditions was designed,including heat capacity,thermal system efficiency,change of real-time temperature under the influence of the type of device,heating material and effect of heating;a function module for data acquisition and error analysis of heating materials in thermal process real-time temperature is also added in the software system.The development of the analysis software simplifies the process of construction and maintenance machinery equipment for thermal power research,providing more convenient working conditions for researchers and engineers,and also making up a research in the field of the Gap.So,it has some practical significance.
