Concrete filled steel tubular arch bridge is taken as the research object.Combined with the current situation of the research on the theory of suspender replacement at home and abroad.According to the principle of response surface method,the optimization of suspender replacement is made to determine the characteristics of the influence of each suspender cable force.According to the actual project,the appropriate relaxation coefficient is selected.The response surface model is used to analyze the suspender cable force by using Design Expert software.1.Based on the research results of the relaxation of the CFST arch bridge and the suspender at home and abroad,the mechanism and influencing factors of the relaxation of the suspender are emphatically analyzed,and the calculation theory and analysis method of the relaxation effect are presented.2.Based on the analysis of the used methods of suspender replacement in China,this paper discusses the characteristics and applicability of each model from the aspects of structure,influencing factors and prediction accuracy.Based on the analysis of the influence of the suspender relaxation and the suspender interference of the CFST arch bridge,combined with the existing research results,the response surface method is proposed to obtain the value of the cable force and the tension value.3.Combined with the engineering example,the suspender relaxation model is recommended,through the establishment of finite element model of CFST arch bridge suspender replacement respectively in the interaction of relaxation effect and interference effect,suspender replacement analysis,clear the importance of considering the interference and contraction relaxation effect.The calculation results of the interaction are analyzed,and the relationship between them is determined.4.According to the influence factors of the suspender replacement,the suspender tension times,stretch step size and construction methods of engineering examples to analyze the influential factors,discussed the changes of factors of CFST arch bridge the main stress components of internal force,stress and deformation degree of influence.
