The tied-arch bridges have been developing very fast for the recent 20 years in our country, especially the concrete-filled steel tubular arch bridges. Suspenders, the key components of half through or through arch bridge connecting the arch rib and the deck, transfer the load from the deck to the arch rib for the arch bridge's spanning function.Because of the constraint in science and technology and of the development level of industry today, there is yet no definite and uniform criterion in suspender's and anchorage's design, manufacture, fixing, protection, service, maintenance, health diagnosis, remove and repair, ascertaining service life and predicting remain life, etc. It is mainly depended on designer's estimation in the course of suspender design, fixing, maintenance and remove and repair, so it is happened frequently that bridge demolishment and accident owing to the suspender failure.First, the damage resin and corrosion mechanism must be analyzed from the still cable, anchorage, protection, in order to make a through cognition to the structure and damage of suspender and provide a basis for the changing of the suspenders.Then describes the construction plan of some bridge. At present,temporary suspender method is applied mostly in the engineering. The design and the check of the temporary suspender is supplied in the paper.Finally, analysis of the measured data and compared with theoretical values combined with the actual monitoring of a bridge, described the resulting differences in theoretical and experimental data of various factors.Based on referring and summarizing other already exited the literature studies and, this article did to the bridge suspension bar load behavior and its the secure design has been thorough the system research by myself personally experience the bridge trades work and so on rope design, construction as well as monitor. Analyzed the suspension bar wearily to destroy the mechanism, the suspension bar and cable the damage reason, Elaborated the suspension bar health monitor content and the method Proposed the suspension bar replaces the structure examination and the craft proof, and applies these viewpoint attempts to the project is actual.
