| Leakage water and lining crack are the two most common diseases in tunnel and underground engineering.The two diseases are closely related to the construction joint of lining.How should the longitudinal reinforcement of tunnel reinforced concrete be handled at the construction joints? This problem arises from a specific engineering practice,but also a large number of tunnels and underground engineering often have to face.On the one hand,the practice shows that the longitudinal steel lining concrete in construction joints of various construction joints affect the waterproof technology department,resulting in the construction joints waterproof defect and prone to leakage Water Leakage,so from the perspective of waterproof,longitudinal reinforcement in lining construction joints are not taken.On the other hand,the tunnel lining in two joints(longitudinal deformation joint steel lining is broken)between adjacent segments on the transverse force or settlement is not a big difference(if the difference should be set to the deformation joint),longitudinal reinforcement of lining concrete in adjacent segments is not restricted uniform settlement of little significance,however,but each longitudinal steel lining section in tunnel longitudinal together,so that each segment lining is not easy in free expansion by the temperature stress effect,easily induced cracks in lining section ring,therefore,from the angle of stress,longitudinal reinforcement joints exist in construction may also is not desirable.In this paper,the feasibility of the longitudinal reinforcement of the tunnel lining along the construction joint is studied,and the following results are obtained:1)In engineering practice,the construction of lining reinforced concrete tunnel waterproof seam over plain concrete lining construction difficulty is much larger,the problem of water leakage is serious;and the reinforced concrete lining section cracks are often more than ring to plain concrete lining sections.2)The technical scheme for reinforcing the longitudinal fracture of reinforced concrete lining at the construction joint is put forward,and the feasibility is proved.The technical scheme facilitates the construction and waterproof construction of the construction joint,reduces the longitudinal deformation constraint of the lining section,and is favorable for the control and improvement of the quality of the construction.3)Using the numerical calculation software,the longitudinal reinforcement of the tunnel lining is calculated and disconnected from the construction joint,and the safety of the structure can be ensured after the vertical reinforcement of the lining is broken.4)Application of construction technology for reinforced concrete lining joint of longitudinal reinforcement has been disconnected in the Jilin province of Jingyu to Tonghua highway tunnel,and will be used widely in Longjing to the Po Chai River Highway Tunnel,the design and construction aspects generally respond well. |
