| With the continuous promotion of the western development strategy and the construction of "Belt and Road Initiative",the economy of the western region is developing continuously and rapidly,and the traffic demand is increasing rapidly,which is affected by natural conditions and other factors.many tunnels are unable to bypass areas with poor geology in line design,resulting in diseases in the process of tunnel-slope construction and operation.In this paper,based on a carbonaceous slate tunnel of Xiangli Expressway in Yunnan Province,data collection is carried out through on-site monitoring measurement and observation inside and outside the tunnel to analyze the slope tunnel coupling effect.With the help of numerical simulation software,the mechanism of the slope tunnel coupling effect and the stress state of the tunnel lining structure are simulated and analyzed,and the characteristics of the technical measures for lining crack reinforcement are compared and analyzed,The lining reinforcement measures suitable for the tunnel are put forward.(1)Based on the investigation and statistics of the crack distribution of the tunnel entrance lining,the continuous monitoring of the crack width development and the surface displacement is carried out.The development of the crack width and the change of the surface displacement with the increase of the monitoring time are analyzed,and the change law of the two is compared and analyzed,and the relationship between the slope and the tunnel coupling is obtained.(2)With the help of MIDAS / GTS NX finite element analysis software,a slope tunnel interaction model based on supporting projects is established to simulate and calculate the whole process of tunnel excavation.The displacement development trend of the slope and the stress situation of the tunnel lining structure are obtained,and compared with the field monitoring data,the stress failure of the tunnel lining structure is analyzed.(3)According to the characteristics of the reinforcement measures,combined with the cracks of the tunnel lining structure,three reinforcement schemes of tunnel lining cracks are put forward,and the reinforcement effect is analyzed numerically to select the optimal scheme of tunnel lining reinforcement. |
