| The distribution area of permafrost in our country is vast, and the permafrost in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau accounts for 70% of the permafrost regions in China. The frozen soil is very sensitive to the change of the external environment, and it will cause great damage to the upper structure after the instability. At the same time, the existing highway route selection method in the permafrost has not taken the damage effect of frozen soil into account,so that the degree of damage to the structure of frozen soil area was increased. Therefore,it is not only the basic work to ensure the safety of transportation facilities in permafrost regions, but it is also an urgent need to realize the harmonious coexistence between the highway and the environment in permafrost regions, and the scientific and reasonable arrangement of highway construction tasks, that we should study deeply the influencing factors of route selection in permafrost regions and establish the route selection method based on the protection of frozen soil.Based on MATLAB and ArcGIS technology platform, this paper focuses on the method of road selection in permafrost regions, taking the highway route as the research object, taking the permafrost region of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau as the prerequisite, combining the knowledge base theory and the fuzzy mathematics method. In this paper, the annual slope, the average annual ground temperature of permafrost, the ice content of permafrost and the interference engineering are selected as the selection criteria, and combined with the knowledge of the experts in the permafrost region and based on the knowledge base theory, the knowledge base and the rule base of the permafrost region are established, and based on the fuzzy reasoning theory, the permafrost road selection inference mechanism is established, and finally complete the construction of road selection method in permafrost region.Firstly, the paper systematically analyzes the characteristics of the route selection in the general area, which indicates that the route selection is a process of repeated iteration and helix advancement, and constructs the process model of highway route selection in the general area, and puts forward the characteristics, principles and process models of road selection in permafrost region that further combines the special characteristics of permafrost regions in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.Secondly,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the advantages, disadvantages and the applicability of the existing road selection method, the paper puts forward the method of selecting the road with the idea of protecting frozen soil. And then the paper determines the factors affecting the road layout in permafrost areas by using the method of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, including the annual slope, the average annual ground temperature of permafrost, the amount of ice in frozen soil, and the interference engineering.Thirdly, based on the knowledge base theory and the use of Delphi method to consult and research to the experts of route selection, the paper establishes the knowledge base and the rule base of the permafrost region.Furthermore, based on the fuzzy reasoning theory, the paper establishes the permafrost road selection inference mechanism, and constructs a fuzzy set of input and output variables space and fuzzy rule base combining with the knowledge base and the rule base of the permafrost region, then using the MATLAB platform realizes the method of selecting the road in permafrost region. Finally, based on the ArcGIS platform, combined with related data, the paper studies the application of the method and proves the feasibility of the method. In this paper, the study on the method of road selection in the permafrost region of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau will help to enrich the road selection method and theoretical system in China. It is of great practical significance to the highway construction in the permafrost region.Furthermore,it is of great significance to promote the exchange of documents between Tibetan and ethnic groups, stabilize the national border, strengthen national unity and accelerate the development of Tibet. |
