| Energy conservation and emission reduction is the general trend in automobile industry nowadays and the automobile industries are trying to enhance the fuel economy and power performance through various ways.Transmission system,as a power transmission mechanism of the vehicle,has a great influence on vehicle power performance and fuel economy.Thus,optimizing transmission system performance and decreasing the resistance of vehicle transmission system become an important technical measure attracted much attention by auto companies.This paper mainly focuses on the resistance test of vehicle driveline,trying to find a way to establish a method to test the overall resistance and the resistance of each component of vehicle transmission system based on chassis dynamometer and powertrain test bed.Choose two different type of cars and test the resistance of transmission system through the method,evaluate the tested vehicles transmission system performance through the detailed analysis of the test result,than propose many effective improvement measures about the vehicle transmission system.The results of this dissertation are as follows:(1)Through the force analysis of the vehicle on real road condition,decompose the main force of vehicle to many component force and establish the mathematical model of each part of force and the mechanical equilibrium of vehicle.According the mathematical function of fuel consumption,obtain the relationship between the fuel economy and the efficiency of the transmission system.(2)Establish a set of data acquisition equipment by using NI CompactRIO series products.Using this device by arranging relevant sensors,can obtain the characteristic parameters of the engine and the transmission under different vehicle driving conditions.(3)Using vehicle chassis dynamometer and powertrain test bed,assemble by five electric dynamometers,establish the method and process of automobile transmission system resistance test.Through the data acquisition equipment,obtain the characteristic parameters of engine and transmission system during the vehicle emission test.According the analysis of these data and the situation of the transform of each parameter to determine the resistance test condition.Test the transmission system resistance of vehicle on powertrain test bed under different experimental condition and then test the resistance of the transmission system components by using gradual disassembly method.(4)Choose two different type of cars and test the resistance of transmission system by this test method and get the related test data.Analysis the data and evaluate the transmission system performance and the difference of two cars,then put forward the relevant prioritization solution of the transmission system. |
