600MPa steel bar has high strength and good ductility.It can reduce the amount of steels with generalizing 600 MPa steel,achieving the purpose of energy-saving emission reduction.And it is economic and social benefits.At present,there is no experimental and theoretical research on 600 MPa steel bar.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out the experimental study of 600 MPa reinforced concrete beams.In this paper,the bending test of 600 MPa reinforced concrete beams were carried out,with 500 MPa reinforced concrete beam for a controlled experiment.Carefully record the development of cracks,the development state of deflection,the final failure pattern and ultimate bearing capacity in the process of the test.This paper calculates bearing capacity of bending member,vertical crack width,deflection with the formulas in Code for design of concrete structures(GB50010-2010).Then this paper analyses the data compared with experimental data.The results show that the force characteristic of 600 MPa grade reinforced concrete beam is similar to ordinary reinforced concrete beam.Bearing capacity member,vertical crack width,deflection can be calculated by the formulas according to the regulations of the Code for design of concrete structure.At the same time considering the influence of the long-term effects,the crack and deflection deformation under the long-term effects is analyzed and compared with the stipulated limits.This paper refers to the standard of reinforced concrete in China,US,Russia.Then some differences and similarities about the calculation of deflection are analyzed in this paper,and it is calculated as to these calculation.Finally,according to the basic theory of reinforced concrete structure,based on the reasonable assumption,considering the nonlinear stress-strain relations of steel and concrete,establish the corresponding ANSYS model of 600 MPa grade reinforced concrete beam,extract the effective numerical analysis results and compare with test results in order to verify that the reliability of the test.Then in order to improve the test,some model were added based on the simulation.Finally based on the data,this paper analyses the influence ofthe concrete strength and reinforcement ratio.
