Railway signal system is an important equipment of the railway,it is not only responsible for the safe operation of the train,but also responsible for improving the efficiency of the railway,known as the essential part of the modern railway system.Railway signal relay is the main switch device in the railway signal equipment.It is a special multiplex switch for closing or opening the signal control circuit,the reliability and security of it is necessary to ensure the normal work of the signal equipment of automatic control and remote control.In this paper,it uses the method of accelerated life test,the railway signal relay as the research object,to research on the performance degradation and life prediction under vibration environment.Firstly,this paper introduces the working principle of the railway signal relay,the accelerated life test and the prediction algorithm of the status quo at home and abroad.Secondly,this paper analyzes the failure situation of relay,and deduces the inverse power law equation of relay's life and vibration stress.According to the test principle and test conditions,the test scheme of the railway signal relay under the vibration stress is worked out.This paper designs the railway signal relay degradation test system,which can monitor5 test samples that include 40 pairs of contact's contact pressure drop at the same time under the condition of vibration,not operation.The software compiling of the degradation test system is realized by using LabVIEW graphical programming tool.Through experiment,the key of the railway signal relay degradation parameter is gotten,that is contact pressure drop data under vibration condition.Then,wavelet threshold denoising carries out the degradation parameter,the gray theory is used to analyze the data's variation trend,and the EEMD-RBF prediction model is established to predict the degradation parameter of the relay,and analyzes the prediction results to evaluate error of the mode.The results show that the model error is small.Finally,the railway signal relay's life is predicted by using the inverse power law equation.
