The running speed of the train is increasing with the continuous upgrading of the railway system.As the core component of control and communication in railway system,railway signal relay has higher requirements for its mechanical properties.Relay will inevitably be disturbed by vibration and impact of the environment in the work.And its reliability has great significance to ensure the safety of the train.In this paper,a certain type of railway signal relay is selected as the research object.According to the actual test,the mechanical characteristics model of the contact spring system is established which is most susceptible to vibration and impact disturbance in railway signal relay.And the vibration and impact characteristics of the relay are studied.Firstly,this dissertation introduces the development of railway signal relay and the research status of vibration analysis technology.Secondly,the modal simulation calculation of the contact spring system in railway signal relay is carried out by the finite element method.The first four natural frequencies and modal modes of the single spring and the contact spring system are obtained.The relationship between the natural frequencies of the single spring and the natural frequencies of the contact spring system is analyzed,and its provide the basic structural parameters for the vibration and impact simulation study in the following chapters.In the process of vibration and shock,the external excitation is transmitted to the reed through the relay base.Following the bending of the reed,the contact state changes between the contacts.The contact has highly non-linear characteristics.By studying the non-linear algorithm,the composite time integral algorithm of Bathe is selected to solve and analyze the vibration and impact characteristics of the relay,which is more suitable for the model in this paper.The response law of the relay contact spring system with different external excitation parameters and some characteristics of the relay with vibration and impact conditions are obtained.Based on the stress data of vibration and impact calculation,the fatigue characteristics of spring with dangerous conditions are analyzed,and the fatigue life distribution of spring is obtained.Finally,through the vibration test,the simulation data of vibration calculation and the vibration test results are compared and analyzed,which verifies the validity and correctness of the analysis conclusions in this paper.The analysis method and conclusions are valuable for design and improvement the vibration resistance of railway signal relay.
