The situation is constantly changing with the continuous improvement of the performance of the fighter.Research on how to make a reasonable decision and to occupy a favorable situation becomes a significant research content.Threat assessment,weapons target assignment and maneuvering decision making in air combat are studied in this thesis,striving to improve the autonomy and efficiency of each stage of air combat.First of all,the technology of air combat situation assessment in uncertain environment is studied.The possibility degree function of grey theory is introduced in threat assessment algorithm based on some improved evaluation method like IAHP and GAHP for instance,which makes the final evaluation more objective and reasonable.Secondly,the technology of weapons target assignment in uncertain environment is studied.Cooperative target assignment is the embodiment of cooperative combat,the possibility degree function of grey theory is introduced in genetic algorithm,designing a new selection operation and a special simulated annealing mechanism to enhance the convergent speed and global convergence of the new algorithm,simulation results show that the proposed algorithm can solve the cooperative multiple target attack decision-making problem under uncertain environment effectively.Thirdly,how to make the maneuvering decision to occupy a favorable situation in air combat is studied.The feasibility of maneuvering trajectory based on the Maneuver Library can not be guaranteed,so the improved discrete coding genetic algorithm is proposed to solve this problem.The simulation results show that it is effective and feasible to apply the intelligent optimization algorithm to the decision making of air combat maneuvering under uncertain environment.Finally,in order to obtain the best or second best trajectory in limited time and the implementation of real time self-adaption of the trajectory,the trajectory tracking controller is designed and perfected,which can be used as the actuator of the air combat decision system in the future.
