The environmental control systems(ECS)as an necessary part of the aircraft,not only provide safe and comfortable conditions for the crew and fare-paying passengers,but also provide a favorable environment for the instruments and equipment to operate accurately and efficiently.With the rapid development of More Electric Aircraft,the driving technology of ECS is converted from the traditional pneumatic drive to electric drive.Although the research on the air cycle refrigeration system driven by high speed motor is still in its early infancy,the prospect is very wide.On the basis of study on the electric load of MEA,as well as the current research situations,this paper introduces the differences of the types and working principle between the traditional aircraft environment control system and the more electric aircraft environmental control system.The feasibility of high-speed motor applied in air cycle system is discussed and the system structure is analyzed.The driving motor is selected according to the load characteristics of electric control system.With the comparing of the working principle and characteristics of different high-speed motor,the high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motor is chosen as the driving motor of the ECS,has the practical significance to improve work efficiency and system optimize system structure and reduce energy consumption.The research on the key components of mathematical modeling and control strategy is carried out and the design of the drive system and the control strategy of the PMSM is determined.The control of the high-speed motor is SVPWM and in order to ensure the stability of the output,double closed loop is applied for the system.The modeling of power supply is confirmed according to the load characteristics of electric power and the compressor load modeling method is determined based on characteristic curve.A complete model of an electric-drive compressor system is built in the Matlab/Simulink software environment.Finally,the model is used as the power grid load based on the model of the electric drive compressor system established by Matlab/Simulink and analyzed with different motor parameters and different operating conditions.The control strategy of the system is optimized to improve the performance of the drive system.
