| Concrete face rockfill dam because of its advantages is widely used in the actual project and become the most popular type of dam.Due to the development of modern rolling technology,CFRD in construction after the completion of the settlement decreases,and to build the dam body spillway created the conditions,implemented the CFRD crest spillway;The application of this new technique makes hub layout to simplify,to speed up the project schedule,engineering cost is reduced,have brought considerable social benefit and economic benefit.Along with the domestic several overflow of the CFRD was built,the technology is more and more attention in China,a series of related research work is began.This paper will study the emphasis on the spillway of the overflow dam body surface structure,from the Angle of the flow field simulation calculation and the deformation and stress of two smooth type and stepped overflow surface types were studied.First of spillway dam in layout and composition analysis,get on the dam body construction of spillway should pay attention to the problem.For overflow on the surface of the water load,based on the spillway on the downstream dam slope stability and the deformation and stress of the dam body has been attached great importance to in the process of research and engineering practice,tend to be homogenization treatment at that time,and in order to reduce the error handling and make it in the overflow effect on the surface of the situation and the actual more consistent;Research process based on ANSYS FLUENT software,the spillway of the three dimensional flow field simulation calculation,calculation by using the VOF model in combination with standard k-epsilon turbulence model successfully simulate the distribution of the spillway of the internal pressure,and then,on the basis of the principle of fluid-structure interaction analysis by ANSYS Workbench platform,will flow field analysis of water pressure into the dam structure stress analysis based on the finite element model.In flow field analysis,not only get the distribution of water pressure,has two kinds of spillway in the velocity vector diagram and the turbulence can move and dissipation rate distribution,based on the analysis of the effect of energy dissipation of stepped spillway,draw ladder cause of energy dissipation and its flow in a small case with ladder overflow surface is a good choice.Obtained through the analysis of the structure of the dam and spillway in drainage period,if the drainage flow is small,the overflow dynamic water on the surface of the load on the dam and spillway of deformation won’tcause too big effect.Settlement deformation of dam produced mainly by the hydrostatic pressure upstream of the dam body and self-respect,and deformation of the spillway of will as the settlement of dam body,especially in the upper part of the dam slope section of the discharge and overflow weir;Through the analysis of the dam body and the deformation characteristics of floor in the discharge,the deformation of the dam body can also lead to the downstream dam slope section on a cushion layer at the bottom of the base plate in the discharge area of transitional buffer and form arch effect,so for the spillway anchorage measures in dam body and dam body joint measures are necessary. |
