The noise of the air conditioning has always been one of the quality indicators of concern,therefor,it is necessary to research the vibration and noise reduction to constantly improve the quality of the air conditioning.In research of vibration of air conditioning system should consider the fluid-solid coupling vibration,that is,the flow of vibration of air conditioning system.This paper mainly studied two aspects of air conditioning system,the vibration of the air conditioning system piping and the vibration of the check valve spool.Firstly,ANSYS Workbench is used to conduct modal analysis of air conditioning pipeline in four cases: empty pipe,the pipe without fluid-solid coupling(wet mode),one-way fluid-solid coupling and two-way fluid-solid coupling pipe.The difference among the result are compared and discussed.Secondly,the harmonic response analysis of the pipeline under the excitation of the fluid is carried out.The vibration frequency response curve of the U-shaped part is obtained.And the static analysis of the pipeline under the action of one-way and two-way fluid-solid coupling is discussed.The results are discussed and analyzed,and the improvement measures of rationalization are put forward.The vibration characteristics of the two different inlet pressure loads under the action of two-way fluid-solid coupling are studied,and the vibration mechanism of the pipeline under two kinds of pressure loads is obtained.Finally,the vibration mechanism and characteristics of the one-way valve spool are studied by numerical simulation of MATLAB software.The influence of the structure parameters such as inlet flow rate,spool quality and the length of the tapered one-way valve seat on the vibration of the one-way valve cone-shaped spool is discussed and analyzed.Based on the study of fluid-solid coupling vibration of the air conditioning piping system and one-way valve spool vibration,the mechanism of flow-induced vibration in air conditioning piping system and the main factors influencing the vibration of spool are revealed.So as to solve the engineering problems in the air conditioning system vibration and its optimal design,provides a certain technical reference.
