Study On The Heating Performance Of Rural Single Building Straw Gasifier

Energy shortage is a common problem facing the world today.Therefore,the development of new energy has become the common development pursuit of human society,the biomass fuel is a very kind of good renewable energy source.According to China’s national conditions and the development trend of "new thinking,new materials and new technologies" in the international community,The green energy conversion technology based on biomass should be fully developed,which conforms to the theme of social sustainable development in this century and is also an important initiative for the benefit of the country and the people.It has great practical significance.The development and utilization of biomass energy source are in line with China’s national conditions and the development of society today.Supported by existing policies and technological achievements,biomass energy source is fully utilized in a high efficient and clean integrated approach and it is in line with the theme of the sustainable development of society today.This paper uses the abundant biomass energy source in rural areas as granular fuel of biomass gasifier,which instead of traditional heating fuel.This high efficient and green utilization have solved the problem of waste of biomass resources,but also reduce the living cost of rural households and reduce air pollution and carbon emissions,which has brought a lot of practical benefits.For many unscientific and unreasonable problems existing in the utilization of biomass resources in rural areas,this research project has developed a new type of high efficiency and low emission biomass furnace that can completely and efficiently burn firewood fuel and has the advantages of high thermal efficiency,wear well,low cost and so on.In addition,this kind of biomass gasifier can allow the rapid increase in the temperature of the household room by their own radiant heat.The biomass gasifier comprehensively solves the daily needs of cooking,boiling water,heating and other suitable for the needs of the development of new rural areas and farming and stockbreeding areas in our country,and it is suitable for popularization and application.After the above research work,in order to verify the real using effect of the biomass gasifier,the paper selected three typical application of biomass straw gasifier renewable energy system on-site construction of cooking heating for farmers to conduct field testing and organization related technical staff conducted a review and evaluation of benefits.By the field measurement,only about 2 kg per hour of fuel is consumed after the biomass gasification system is operating normally,the temperature of the radiator can reach 66 ° C and the room temperature is about 19 ° C at this moment.The calculation results show that the thermal efficiency of the furnace is about 49.95%.Furthermore,our research team drafted a local standard,and it has some guidance on the production and operation of rural high-efficiency biomass gasifier.A conclusion of this paper is obtained through the high efficient utilization of biomass gasification technology in the heating and cooking of the rural areas in northern China,it is that the biomass fuel is characterized by low cost,high acceptance,low pollutant discharge and high cost performance,etc,also more in line with the requirements of national environmental policy.The biomass fuel is new and good measure suitable for rural heating,it has very good economic benefits and environmental benefits.
