The subject is ergonomically designed driver’s seat of the bus based on the car seat by a mathematical model for simulation,emulation and thus the data obtained were analyzed,and then the driver’s seat passenger comfort studies.The following are the main contents of the paper:1: Combining idea about the bus driver’s seat design and ergonomics of the national standards for structural design and analysis.Determine the portion size based on the concept of ergonomics-related,while the relevant national standards of rational functions and structural design.2: In order to meet the functional and associated structural passenger seat,measurement and analysis of static comfort H point: H-point is an important indicator of the comfort of the driver’s seat in the car,use CATIAV5 ergonomic modules and establish our adult three-dimensional model of human body consistent.Using Virtual percentile anthropometric data,by relevant theoretical knowledge combined with the actual driver riding habit,get the best regional distribution of H points,provide theoretical support for the design of the seat next performed.3: To give full consideration to the seat comfort,combined with the need to keep the driver in the body a long time sitting pressure distribution,taking into account the physiology of the human spine.Bus driver’s seat to achieve the regulatory function of the state to adapt to remain seated when the driver of the spine,and the cushion finite element analysis,to cushion by applying different loads(simulated considerable percentage amount of body weight)to verify test the distribution of body pressure to complete the passenger seat design based on ergonomics.
