Dianbai District,Guangdong Province,Maoming City,April 18,2014 approved by the State Council,will be merged and set up Maogang District Dianbai County Dianbai District in Maoming City,becoming the only coastal county-level administrative region,the administrative region is located in the southwest coast of Guangdong,Dianbai district is located south of the Tropic of cancer in low latitudes,the climate is subtropical monsoon climate,adequate rainfall,for more than a year of lightning thunderstorm weather,in April to October for the perennial concentrated thunderstorm.Thunderstorm weather conditions,often destroy wounding animal,hence the name dianbai.The white area is 220 km long coastline,because it is located in the south of the tropic subtropical monsoon zone,the Pacific and the South Chinese marine climate,tropical cyclone activity is one of the frequent invasion and the area.Because of lightning,typhoon and other reasons,there are different degrees of impairment Dianbai grid and power equipment every year,power supply facilities malfunction or damage,leading to power grid accident,causing power outages even blackouts,the normal power supply system to bring great loss.Tilt the terrain from the northeast to the southwest part of the white part,north,northeast,South,southwest low,around the southern South China Sea harbor a circuitous,mountainous and hilly terrace plain three topography,complex terrain,towers,erected in the line at an altitude of 700 meters above the mountains,and some set up in the coastal area,the annual distribution system of lightning bolt of lightning accident and accident about 30 times.Has been affected by typhoons in the summer two season,the typhoon brought a thunderstorm caused by disconnection,down rod,tower,transformer damage phenomenon is difficult to eliminate,and line inspection,troubleshooting problems,eliminating defects and other power grid operation because of the complex terrain and have great difficulty.How to solve the technical problems of lightning protection Dianbai distribution system,reduce equipment loss rate,shorten the time to eliminate the accident reduce fault outage area,reduce economic losses,the demand is imminent,so the research on lightning protection measures of Dianbai County power grid,puts forward economic and reliable reinforcement into wind and lightning protection measures and implementation,which has good practical significance.Based on a large number of collection and analysis of distribution system from 2013 to 2015,Dianbai,line equipment tripping down rod,fault recording comprehensive data,combined with the 10 k V line within the jurisdiction of Dianbai wire,wire diameter,tower and other information,provide the basis for the existing wind,lightning protection ability of Dianbai area under the jurisdiction of 10 k V line lightning resisting ability statistics,analysis the calculation model,find out the lightning current distribution system dianbaixian weak point to a more accurate solution of lightning protection equipment.Based on research results,Dianbai Power Supply Bureau selected 10 k V Wang Fu line and 10 k V Xingou line site investigation and related engineering practice,to verify and reduce the losses of lightning on power distribution system Dianbai measures have achieved certain results,application experience can be gradually extended.
