With the increasing application of power electronics and the increasing power density of electronic devices,the problem of compact and reliability of power electronic devices has been paid more and more attention by electric power technicians [8].Among the many factors that affect the reliability of power electronic devices,heat dissipation is a crucial one.The use of water cooling system for power electronic devices cooling test and research in constant depth,speed is also accelerating.In many research parameters,the cooling water flow is nothing wrong is one of the most important object of study [7],simultaneously the functional requirements of the water cooling system is a large range of automatic flow control is adjustable and constant flow and constant pressure water supply of.In addition,in order to ensure that the cooling device at a certain water temperature,to carry out various types of experiments,the water temperature must also be adjustable and maintain a constant temperature.Therefore,how to achieve the water cooling device for the cooling device to provide constant pressure,constant flow,constant temperature cooling water,has become an inescapable issue.In this paper,the research work will be carried out in the following aspects: The process principle and control requirements of the water cooling test equipment are described,mainly from the mechanical system process and electrical system;complete according to the process principle and control requirements and testing environment,Select the relevant key mechanical,electrical power equipment,the choice of testing instruments to meet the requirements of the test water cooling system hardware;verify for the closed water cooling system can be adjusted constant pressure,constant flow specific control requirements,A new "full flow(full range adjustable)control method and operation mode",including four specific control methods and the feasibility of the operation mode;the completion of the control flow principle and the proposed closed water cooling system can be controlled thermostat Control process and control the feasibility of the control requirements,combined with mechanical,electrical,related control equipment,power equipment,instrumentation and other related configuration,describes the control method and operation mode;for power module testing,in order to prevent the The abnormal conditions appear in the testing process,the scheme of the system start-up,the process protection control and alarm processing and the concrete measures are put forward.
