With the greatly increased needs of hazardous materials of socio-economic and industrial and agricultural production,in recent years,hazardous materials transport accidents often occur,particularly Yan'an "8.26" particularly serious road traffic accidents,and hazardous chemicals,blasting Hunan "7.19" particularly serious road traffic accident.These accidents make the country and the people's lives and property suffered heavy losses,but also to give road transport and safety management departments'great pressure,which also caused widespread concern in the Party Central Committee and the State Council.Hazardous materials transport vehicles become a mobile "minefield" on the road.Therefore,how to effectively identify vulnerabilities significant sections of hazardous materials road transport network,is a prerequisite for the scientific conduct of hazardous materials road transport network disaster prevention and mitigation.Conducting vulnerability studies of hazardous materials road transport network is an important value for the planning and management of road transport networks and the distribution of emergency supplies and scheduling.Hazardous materials road transport network is a special kind of transportation network,which refers to a network that transports flammable,explosive,strong corrosive and radioactive hazardous materials.Compared to other modes of transport,if hazardous materials transport has an accident,it will cause more severe damage to roads and bereavement staff.But because of dangerous goods road transport network itself hazardous characteristics and load flow characteristics,resulting in that many research results cannot be directly applied to the network traffic of hazardous materials road transport network.Therefore,it is necessary to introduce into the characteristics of the road transport of hazardous materials in the conventional method of analysis of the topology of the network traffic,and then use the static and dynamic analysis approach to conduct vulnerability analysis of hazardous materials road transport network,which provides the important reference for the planning and management of the network.By using the method of constructing a complex network model based on the original law,this paper built the hazardous materials road transport network model of Guangzhou.Secondly,based on complex network theory,this paper calculated and analyzed the characteristics of index of hazardous materials road transport network,including degree,degree distribution,average path length,clustering coefficient,average.And study on the characteristics of the network topology.Third,by analyzing the characteristics of hazardous materials road transport network and combining transport risks,an impact strength model were built for identifying the vulnerabilities of hazardous materials road transport network.Fourth,use the complex network theory to study the cascade failure mechanism of hazardous materials road transport network.And combined the local effects characteristic of hazardous materials transport,the paper designed a cascade failure model of hazardous materials road transport network caused by the failure of local roads.Finally,hazardous materials road transport network of Guangzhou as an example,the paper conducted comparative analysis on the situation of the network in a single link failure and failure of local roads.
