With the frequent occurrence of traffic congestion and road network collapse,building a resilient transportation system has become a necessity of the times.The road network vulnerability identification is the basis of resilient transportation research,but the existing identification methods have shortcomings such as single consideration factors and deviation from actual scenarios.Therefore,this paper takes the road network as the research object,and research on the topology analysis of the road network,the static vulnerability identification,and the dynamic vulnerability identification.The research steps in this paper are mainly from the following aspects:Firstly,a two-layer road network model composed of expressways and ordinary national and provincial highways is constructed,and coupling nodes are set up by analyzing the coupling relationship between network layers as the basis for screening the importance of network units.Based on the basic topology index of complex network,the vulnerability measurement index of static road network is established,the vulnerability identification model of static road network is constructed,and the static vulnerability identification algorithm is designed.Secondly,based on the construction of static vulnerability identification method,the comprehensive measurement index of dynamic road network vulnerability is constructed by comprehensively considering the influence of network operation function and network structure on network vulnerability.At the same time,considering the failure probability and failure consequences,a dynamic vulnerability identification model is established.A dynamic vulnerability identification algorithm is designed under the condition of cascading failure of road sections.Finally,this paper designed a simulation experiment,successively conducted road network topology identification experiments,static road network vulnerability assessment experiments,and dynamic road network vulnerability assessment experiments,and drew the following main conclusions through the comparison of static road network and dynamic road network vulnerability assessment:(1)Deliberate attacks generally cause greater network vulnerability than random attacks;(2)Considering both the failure probability of network units and the impact after failure,it is more practical to identify vulnerabilities;(3)The network structure index is the basis of road network vulnerability identification,combined with the network operation function index,the dynamic vulnerability identification method considering the cascade failure of road sections has more objective and scientific identification results.This study has practical significance for accurately identifying the vulnerability of road networks and improving the safety level of networks,it can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the road network planning,maintenance and transformation.
