Ship lock is one of the important infrastructure of inland waterway transport,playing an important role in improving shipping safety.With the increase of inland waterway transportation,operation efficiency of ship lock has become one of bottlenecks of restricting the inland waterway transport,and improving the efficiency of ship lock scheduling becomes an urgent need to solve the core problem of inland water transport.In order to study the efficiency of ship lock scheduling,the optimization of lock system turns into lock chamber configuration and queue scheduling,which is based on the analysis of ship lock system process and evaluation index system,so optimizing model of lock chamber rate and queue scheduling should be established.Finally,the models are validated by Qingyuan water conservancy hub lock.In order to guarantee the safety of the ship lock,each ship is divided into a group and scheduling of different ships should not be mixed according to the queue scheduling.In terms of utilization rate of lock chamber,this article gives ship breadth-first algorithm based on the lock chamber column.In the same group,ahead of the queue of ships have priority in the same queue service according to the priority and the arrival time for sorting,which is to ensure the fairness principle of lock.The length direction of the lock chamber known as column,and width larger ships have priority to be arranged in the front of the same column lock chamber.Experimental results showed that with the BL algorithm,minimum horizontal line algorithm,simulated annealing algorithm,genetic algorithm compared in this paper,the new model of lock chamber utilization rate is higher and the most stable.In terms of dispatching operation,this article studies ship lock scheduling optimization problem under the information system platform of ship lock,and ship data in the period of T in the future can be obtained which is based on the ship dynamic monitoring system of auxiliary.In this paper,considering the safety lock of the ship,ships are divided into four groups,therfore the ship lock scheduling problem is modeled as a group of scheduling optimization problem.Additionally,ship lock scheduling operation is a continuous process,which is to seek to maximize the overall performance of the system.This article is based on the data of ship's movement,so the local optimal solution will be as a scheduling scheme of the system through the enumeration of all possible scheduling scheme of the subsystems during a period of T when make the current period of brake dispatching scheme.Finally,the lock chamber configuration model and scheduling model are applied to the system,which is combining with the Qingyuan water conservancy lock.Ships which are acrossed Qingyuan water conservancy hub lock could be divided into three groups,in the same time,the optimal solution could be get through the local enumeration scheduling model.At last,the experimental results show that the system of the weighted average waiting time and fairness are both well optimized.
