Innovation Design Of Ecg Collection Device Based On User Needs And Ergonomics

In the era of rapid development of medical career,China as a major consumer of medical devices,is arranged on the lower location in medical production.At present,medical equipment in China is short of innovation and lack of competitiveness.ECG device as a national fully-supporting device,is deployed by every hospital.With the rising incidence of cardiovascular disease,the medical ECG device status has not fully meet the modern medical level.Now ECG device design is mainly engaged in technology research and always follows the principle of “form follows function”.The design of ECG device is lack of analysis of user need and innovation from the angle of the product.Under the background and the present condition of the product design analysis,put forward to innovative design of ECG device,aiming at improving the efficiency of product,use satisfaction and user experience.Therefore offered the research of innovation design of ECG collection device based on user needs and ergonomics.First of all,dig into the use needs by the method of Quality Function Deployment(QFD),input the user voice into House of Quality(HOQ)and output important degree of conversion design features.Determine the focus of the design of ECG device area.Finally,according to ergonomics design principles for product design start to design.Apply anthropomorphic to design of the product dimension,improve experience through structural optimization,meet user mental appearance style.And put forward the design scheme.The user demand as decision attribute weighting factor combined with the user demand for multiple attribute decision makes evaluation scheme selection.In this paper,ECG device is designed to be customer-centrist.Begin with innovative design of the user need and the user man-machine factors is the design principle,finally evaluate based on user need.Design result improves product satisfaction and human-machine interaction experience.
