With the development of social aging and transportation,the number of physical disabilities population is increasing year by year,making the population of purchasing and using wheelchair has increased rapidly.There are so many different brands and prices,but their functions,production structures are simple,the price is low,and only can meet the basic functional requirements.Therefore,this paper uses the Kano model to obtain the user needs,and confirm the final demand,and design of wheelchair based on the analysis.First of all,knowing market and user demands of the wheelchair,analysis the psychological and physiological status of the user,as the basis for the following questionnaire survey.Furthermore,the design and issuance of initial questionnaire integrated market and user research situation with the Kano model template,the aim is mainly to find out the flaws and make them up in questionnaire.In view of the flaw of the initial questionnaire,the second version are revised and improved.The issuance of questionnaire are offline and online,changed the traditional mode of offline,so that the collection of questionnaires become more relaxed,at the same time,control the quality of questionnaires.Then analysis the questionnaire data,calculate the customer satisfaction and product demand weight,determine the final design of the product characteristics.In addition,wheelchair users are mainly the elderly and the disabled.Therefore,we should pay more attention to the humanization design,to make sure the wheelchair size fit the most user's physical size.However the authority database of human body size GB10000/T88 is measured and established in 1988,nearly 30 years ago.It obviously can not well reflect the size of current human,so this paper through the actual measurement body data of the elder to modified GB10000/T88.First,determine the number of samples,then verify the sample size based on the international standard ISO15015535 after get measurement data.The sample size is reasonable if the error in the acceptable range.After analysis of the data,determine the correction coefficient of body data to be used in the design.Finally,the design of functional structure based on the final product characteristics,and the key size of the wheelchair is determined by the modified data.It mainly focus in transferring convenience.In order to meet the needs of the user transfer,make seat and swing arm end hinged,the other end of the swing arm is connected with the frame,the swing arm is driven by the motor to drive the seat rotation.In order to better achieve this function and more convenient,this paper has also carried on innovative design.When the arc seats are unfolded one by one and constitute a cradle seat,which can meet the needs of sit.At the same time,configurate cushion and back cushion to improve the comfort.The design make wheelchair more convenient and easy in the use.
