A Comparative Study On The Architectural Space Design In The Domestic And Foreign Health Rehabilitation Environmen

China’s ageing population by the year of 2016 has reached 223 million,accounting for 15.5% of China’s total population.Population at age of 65 or above is about 0.138 billion,accounting for 10.1% of the total population.The trend of future aging of China’s population is worsening rapidly.In current micro environment of developing health rehabilitation,the article makes classification analysis on domestic and overseas cases of health rehabilitation building space,with the elderly group as the study subject,and the building space for aged people’s living as the research object.This article uses the form of questionnaire to make analysis on the elderly’s different demands for living space from aspects of their mentality,behaviors and physical change on the basis of the profound study of aging problem.Then through the way of real-state investigation and literature arrangement,the article makes a classified study on the diversified building space for health rehabilitation in Beijing,and then makes arrangement and classification on some issues in these cases,such as the spatial formations,facility types,spatial characteristics,and public utilities of elderly supporting facilities in the form of a list.And the article makes a comprehensive analysis on the current status,the classification of space division and some existing problems in China’s building design for health rehabilitation.The fourth chapter is the classification and arrangement of cases about building pace for health rehabilitation in Germany,US,Japan and other countries.The article makes a horizontal comparative analysis on various elderly supporting facilities in different countries and summarizes the evolution and development trend of building space for health rehabilitation in Germany.This chapter also includes the study on the intelligent and community-based development of building space for health rehabilitation in US,study on the humanity and sentiment-oriented design in building space for health rehabilitation in Japan,and the study on diversified and multi-type integrated building space for elderly supporting.The fifth chapter makes a lengthways in-depth comparative study on the monomer space architecture,multi-space combined architecture and the space design infused with feelings and sentiment in building space for health rehabilitation in China and foreign countries.At last,the article summarizes and proposes some suggestions on design of building space for health rehabilitation which is more adaptable to Chinese elderly people’s demand.On the basis of combining theory with practice,create a building space design suitable for the elderly people’s living in Hebei Beidaihe New District health rehabilitation city with the view of "theory guiding practice".
