Study On The Design Of Day Care Center Focusing On Health Maintenance For The Elderly In Shenzhen

At present,the elderly population in Shenzhen mainly shows the characteristics of high density,migratory birds,empty nesting,aging and gradual increase of semi-disabled elderly,the traditional home-based and institutional support have been overwhelmed,and then turn the pressure to community nursing.Day care center as an important part of it,whether it can effectively serve the old-age needs of community is one of the key issues to truly realize community nursing.Now the day care center promoted by the policy has not done what people want.Through a large number of investigations,interviews and analysis of the day care center in Shenzhen,the author believes that there are great deficiencies in medical care and health care.At the same time,with the increasing of oldest old and semi-disabled elderly people,it is urgent to speed up the development of day care centers in the aspect of combining medical care and health care.In order to promote the development of it,the author focuses on the design strategy of space environment about health maintenance function for the elderly.Firstly,by collecting,sorting out and summarizing the concepts and theories related to this topic,as well as the development and research at home and abroad,aims to lay a theoretical basis for the design of the following.Secondly,to make preliminary investigation,statistics and analysis of the basic construction survey and the development of he day care centers about medical care and health care in Shenzhen.After that,selected six facilities to investigate,including the basic information of the elderly health maintenance function,the surrounding environment,the function composition and area ratio,the space layout,the main characteristics and use of the elderly health maintenance space,and summarizes the existing problems of the design of health maintenance space for the elderly.Then through the research and analysis of the questionnaire survey and interview content of the elderly in the facilities,summed up the needs of the elderly about health maintenance and the problems about current supply and demand.Finally,on the basis of a lot of theoretical basis,combined with the typical cases to studythe influencing factors of health maintenance space for the elderly in day care center,including facility location,site accessibility,functional composition,area ratio,spatial layout,spatial configuration and environmental construction,and then summed up the design strategy of the day care center space about elderly health maintenance in Shenzhen.
