The lithium battery is an important part in the new energy field.The technology of additive manufacture is the forefront and latest development direction of manufacturing technology.The application of the additive manufacturing technology is a hot spot in the research of three dimensional structure of the lithium battery.Three dimensional printing of lithium batteries is an application of additive manufacturing printing the anode and cathode structure on conductive substrate.In the present thesis,proposed the use of low-temperature direct write 3D printing three-dimensional lithium battery,discussed the key technology of 3D printing three-dimensional lithium battery,analyzed and solved the important technical problems facing in the development of materials and equipment.includes the design of lithium battery material,the method of forming 3D structure,the development of printing equipment for lithium battery,the preparation of printing material and optimization of printing parameters.In the development of equipment for the three-dimensional printing of lithium batteries,the main research parts are as follows: proposed and produced a temperature drop to-40 ? low temperature deposition manufacturing molding chamber;developed a three-dimensional motion system which print head can do X-Y plane scanning and forming platform Z axis lifting movement;designed and developed the heating temperature control syringe extruded lithium battery print head;set up a motion control system based on Turbo Pmac Clipper card;Ultimately,according to the design of the various components,design a suitable structural framework,and assembled a complete three-dimensional lithium-ion battery for low-temperature direct write 3D printing equipment.After the performance analysis of Li Fe PO4,the positive electrode active material is prepared,which is suitable for low-temperature three-dimensional lithium battery cathode paste printing device.Based on the experimental analysis,a simple process of slurry preparation is designed,Adding 1,4-dioxane as low temperature crystallization medium prepared paste.the three-dimensional structure of the three-dimensional lithium battery was investigated,and the process parameters of the printing of the positive electrode lithium battery were determined by the experimental test.Finally,we use the prepared anode paste to print the 3D structure,investigate the influence factors of the printing process through the experimental test and ultimately determine the process parameters of lithium battery cathode printing paste.We also observe the three-dimensional molding structure at room temperature and low temperature print under different conditions,including analysis on the structure surface and internal morphology and porosity determination etc..In this thesis,the low-temperature printing equipment developed for the three-dimensional lithium battery has a low temperature deposition chamber,which has the obvious characteristics of cooling to-40? and could make the structure more stable during printing.Meanwhile,the thesis analyzes the preparation process of the size and the printing parameters,providing guidance for the subsequent study of the anode material and the preparation of the positive and negative electrode structure of the lithium battery.The equipment development and experimental research in this paper will lay a good foundation for the preparation of the final three-dimensional battery.
