Slurry preparation process plays a very important role in the process of the power lithium ion battery production.While the existing pulping of domestic mostly made by artificially and semi-automatically,besides the process and equipment are not closely linked.There is a big gap compared with foreign automation equipment.Taking this as the breakthrough point,the paper preliminary analyzes the preparation process of the existing Li-ion power batteries slurry.After the actual investigation,I found that there are many problems in the slurry preparation,such as long slurry preparation time,uneven dispersion of the mixture and so on.In order to solve these problems,it is necessary to analyze the pulping process route and improve the shear high speed mixing of dispersing equipment which is the key components of the route.1.A vacuum continuous slurry preparation process system was proposed.On the basis of the existing process route,this paper put forward a continuous pulping process route,and uses the AHP method to evaluate the plan,which proves that the new process has some advantages compared with the existing process.At the same time,it is concluded that the key factors affecting the quality of slurry are the pretreatment of raw materials and the mixing and dispersing process.Based on the conclusions,combined with the process parameters and production conditions,I focus on the research of the overall implementation of the device,and design the overall vacuum continuous slurry preparation system schematic diagram,and realize the continuous vacuum production from the raw material pretreatment to the coating.2.Based on the mixed dispersion mechanism,I analyze the dispersion process of the existing RS high-speed dispersion equipment.Combined with the existing research results,I use the theory of fluid mechanics to analyze the critical region flow field of RS dispersion equipment.At the same time,I use FLUENT software to simulate the five different parameters of RS internal flow field,and finally find the key parameters which affects the dispersion quality of slurry.3.Based on the results of the numerical simulation,a new type of DR distributed equipment is proposed.I use the ANSYS to analyze the transient dynamic of the key part of the equipment----the central shaft.The results show that the DR dispersion equipment can operate stably during the start-up process even under the impact load.The results also show the maximum stress and strain occur at the position of central shaft connected to the rotor,and the maximum value is within the scope of the security numerical range which proves that the design of the key components of DR is reasonable.4.The FLUENT software was used to simulate the core components of DR and RS.By comparing the flow field distribution of two kinds of rotor under unsteady numerical calculation,the results show that the maximum shear strain rate of the DR dispersion device is nearly twice that of the RS dispersion device.Thus it is proved that DR equipment is more effective than RS dispersion equipment.5.I establish the DR dispersion model and conduct the preliminary experiment of slurry dispersion on the existing pulping process system.Compared with the data of RS,the results show that the slurry dispersion effect of DR dispersion equipment is better than that of RS dispersion equipment.
