With the rapid development of China 's economy,the height of the building in the city is constantly updated,the basis of the carrying capacity and poor ground handling requirements also raised to a new height.Jet Grouting Pile Technology is a new type of foundation reinforcement method,which has been widely used in practical engineering.It has the advantages of convenient operation,high compressive strength,good economic benefit and material.However,in the case of ultra-deep geological conditions,or more complex geology,the use of jet grouting pile technology is still a great difficulty.Its practice range is relatively narrow,its theoretical research is still inadequate.Based on the background of the consolidation of a plant in Chengdu,the field test and the PFC discrete element simulation are used to study the engineering application of the super-deep jet grouting pile under complex engineering geological conditions.The main research results are as follows:1)In combination with the engineering example of super deep jet grouting pile in a deep foundation pit project,the problem of drilling machine can not drill down in pebble layer is solved by changing pile driver and drill bit of jet grouting pile.2)Drilling core combined with deep well pumping test method for the detection of ultra-deep jet grouting pile water curtain is quite effective and practical.3)Through the PFC discrete element numerical simulation,the spray pressure,the different soil layer and the spraying time have a direct influence on the soil splitting range and slurry distribution.The greater the grouting pressure,the greater the extent of soil splitting and the diffusion range of the slurry.The gradation and porosity of the soil particles directly affect the splitting gap and slurry distribution of the soil.The increase of grouting time and the distribution of slurry The range is correspondingly larger.The research results of this paper provide a solid theoretical basis for the application of jet grouting pile technology in complex geological conditions,and have practical significance.
