Design Of Resort Hotel Based On Regional Cultural Characteristics

With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people in the new era of spiritual and cultural needs and entertainment needs put forward higher requirements.With the rapid growth of China's tourism market,tourism has become one of the most important industries in china.With the rapid growth of the tourism industry,the construction of resort hotels has entered a stage of rapid development.In this paper,resort hotel as the research object,based on the regional characteristics of the resort hotel design and architectural design.By using the methods of literature collection and summary,case study and practical project design,this paper makes a research on the design of regional cultural holiday hotel.First of all,this paper gives an overview of the relevant theories,including the development of the resort hotel in China and the problems in the design of the resort hotel.Secondly,this paper expounds the relevant theories of regional culture,and analyzes the significance of regional culture to resort hotels.Taking Sanya as an example,this paper introduces the geographical and climatic characteristics,the historical and cultural characteristics,the characteristics of folk culture and the present situation and Prospect of Sanya's tourism industry in Sanya.At the same time,based on the actual case of Sanya Sheraton Hotel on the Waterfront Resort Hotel Design Strategy of regional culture.Finally,combined with the author's participation in the design practice of Sanya platinum Swiss resort hotel,this paper analyzes the planning and architectural design of Sanya platinum Swiss resort hotel,and explores the application of regional culture in the design of resort hotels.I hope this article obtains the conclusion and the experience to provide a reference for the future design of the regional culture of the resort hotel.
