Application And Research For Cast-in-situ Continuous Bog Girder Bridge Construction Technology

Ningbo Yu-Ci highway is the backbone of the highway network in Ningbo City,"San Lian" in the "chain." The starting point of the contract section is located in Lan Cao Road and Yao Cixi Road intersection south of the end of Lan Cao Road and State Road 329 south of the intersection,the route mileage of 6.202 km.The project is constructed according to the highway standard.The design speed is 100 km / h,two-way four-lane,all lines are elevated.The width of the bridge is 25.5m.This paper introduces the construction method of cast-in-place continuous box girder,and introduces and analyzes the characteristics of the box girder project from the design point of view.Mainly introduces the bridge profile,the number of major projects,the design of technical standards,technical conditions,the main material,box girder structure design,construction points and so on.Through the design analysis,it provides the foundation for the formulation of the construction plan.On the basis of the design analysis,the design of the construction organization is designed.The deployment of the construction team,the division of the construction tasks,the arrangement of the equipment and the schedule of the construction are introduced from the construction organization.The technological process is introduced firstly.Then,the processes of foundation treatment,erection of brackets,bracing preloading,support formwork,reinforcement engineering,concrete engineering,construction of beam prestressing system and bracket dismantling are introduced in detail.In addition,the paper sums up the quality assurance measures and safety assurance measures adopted in the construction process of this project,which is the focus of this paper.Through summarizing the experiences and lessons of the whole construction process,some construction problems encountered in the construction process are summarized.Based on the deep analysis of the causes of the problems,the relevant prevention measures are put forward,and the similar engineering construction control is better The reference role.Mainly: Prestressed tension when the prevention of common diseases;prestressed concrete pouring common diseases prevention and control;other common diseases prevention.
