Maintenance and reinforcement of the existing reinforced concrete structure has broad application market.Currently,there are a variety of methods for reinforced concrete structure reinforcement,among them,reinforcement of reinforced concrete beams,plates,columns with carbon fiber cloth has been widely used in engineering,but this method has shortcomings of high price and not refractory and other.Reinforcement for reinforced concrete structures with cement-based composites reinforced with fibrous webs has been studied,This method not only can reduce the cost,but also has so good fire resistance.E-glass fiber has the features of high strength and cheap and so on,but it is poor alkali resistance;Magnesium phosphate cement has the characteristics of low alkalinity.In this paper,used sheet by E-glass fiber and magnesium phosphate cement based concrete reinforced RC structure and made the following research work:(1)The mechanical properties of the sheet were tested,test results show that it has a good bending strength,flexural properties and deformation performance.(2)The experimental study of bending characteristics of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with this type of sheet is carried out,the effects of the deflection,reinforcement strain,concrete strain,failure form,crack development,bearing capacity and so on are studied,and the conclusion is concluded that the reinforcement effect is good;(3)The experimental study of shear characteristics of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with this type of sheet is carried out,the effects of the deflection,the crack development,bearing capacity and so on are studied,and the conclusion is concluded that the reinforcement effect is good;(4)The experimental study of axial pressure characteristics of reinforced concrete columns strengthened with this type of sheet is carried out,the effects of the crack development,bearing capacity and so on are studied,and the conclusion is concluded that the reinforcement effect is good.
