| The maintenance efficiency is one of the important standards of the normal operation of civil aircraft,in the design of aircraft maintenance we will focus on the maintenance efficiency of civil aircraft.The maintenance efficiency can be improved through the research of the maintenance efficiency,thus reducing the artificial error,thus ensuring the quality of maintenance.Based on the research on the technology of civil aircraft maintenance ergonomic design is established on the evaluation index system and the evaluation method of civil aircraft maintenance work efficiency,so as to provide reference for the design of civil aircraft maintenance.First of all,based on the design requirements of aircraft maintenance work in China and abroad on the maintenance efficiency,choosing of maintenance efficiency parameters and indicators,and then related to the index system of civil aircraft maintenance work efficiency of construction.Then,the relevant assessment methods related to the study of the efficiency of civil aircraft maintenance,maintenance personnel maintenance factors,environmental factors,maintenance task factors,man-machine interface of four indicators set respectively using different methods of analysis and evaluation;G1 method is introduced in the improvement process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the formation of a comprehensive transformation method to evaluate of maintenance efficiency on the basis of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Finally,the virtual simulation platform for aircraft maintenance DELMIA cockpit,analyzes the maintenance personnel in the maintenance work in comfort,accessibility and visibility,with the comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the maintenance efficiency of civil aircraft based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation on the maintenance efficiency of A320 and B737 two machine cockpit were analyzed and related assessment. |
